MediaDL respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). We expect our users to do the same.
Notification of Copyright Infringement
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been used in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on MediaDL, please notify us by sending a detailed written communication to our designated contact email:

Your DMCA notice must include:
- Your full name, address, phone number, and email address.
- A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- The exact URL or link where the infringing content is located on our website.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.
- Your electronic or physical signature.
Action Upon Receipt of a Valid DMCA Notice
Upon receiving a valid DMCA complaint, we will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material and notify the user who posted the material. We may also terminate repeat infringers' access to our platform.
Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was wrongly removed due to a mistake or misidentification, you may send us a counter-notification. This must include:
- Your contact details (name, address, phone, and email).
- Identification of the material removed and its original location.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed by mistake.
- Your consent to the jurisdiction of your local federal court, and a statement that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA complaint.
- Your signature.
